Add a media library

We need to add a media library and use it throughout the admin, in paperclip fields, rich editors etc.

This could allow :

• [ ] Multiple file uploading
• [ ] Reusing already uploaded media
• [ ] Image cropping
• [ ] Different media sources interoperability
• [ ] Importing and exporting the library
