Random fixes #300

Fixed some random issues that were popping up at game launch. These are

A casing issue with a filename
Another name issue
An erroneous character causing invalid json
A mispelling of a simple-to-mispell word

Also took a crack at mail not showing up for Farmer to Florist. This has been lightly tested and I can confirm that the first couple recipes are attainable. I have not looked at other mods to see if they also need this fix, nor have I exhaustively tested Farmer to Florist.
