Added qt project in separate directory so that qt editor can be used to edit. Ease of use in development option.

QtCreator is a convenient IDE, but it's mostly for Qt-related projects. Any kind of forcing on developers of pal to use some specific editor is not a good habit.
I think your contribution could be used as a local setup, but not project-wide.
