User Settings in Paratext 10 Studio should display Paratext instead of Platform

User Story As a Paratext 10 Studio user, I want to see the User settings related to the Paratext application

Description The Settings menu item on Paratext 10 Studio displays Platform Settings. It is more meaningful to display Paratext Settings

Implementation idea Feedback from Sebastian: Yes, users should not need to know about the Platform. So

• Platform Settings --> Paratext Settings (without a version number)
• Paratext.Bible Marketplace ... --> Paratext Marketplace ...
• (Platform.Bible Test Extension is the name of the extension and stays untouched)

after chatting with TJ on Discord, it looks like I am missing part of the picture. Yes, users should not need to know about Platform, but the expected terminology is yet to be defined.
