Scroll Group - PB not changing the main toolbar scroll group based on the 'Active Tab'/cursor placement #1280

User Story As a transaltor I want PB to reflect the scroll group changes in the active tab on the main tool bar.

Description Steps to reproduce requested behaviour

  1. Initially the scroll group on the main PB toolbar is 'A'
  2. Opened 'WEB' project and set to Group 'C'
  3. Place the cursor in WEB project C
  4. Observe that the main tool bar scroll bar is not changed to scroll group C as on WEB project group 'C'

Note : I noticed that in PT95 main BCV scroll group changes based on the active tab.
