Dashboard looks cluttered with too many proposals #226

Might want to consider displaying the proposals only in the "detail view" and just showing the proposal count in the list. When having more than 2-3 setups it is hard to work with.

Would also be nice to display some additional information about these proposals. Maybe the block number? cc @Goranch3
