I am working to introduce RequireJS and CoffeeScript to improve testability and performance. This PR is the first step to try, please check and review it.

Build on this branch reports a warning about routes file, but it has no problem and we can ignore it (bad warning). See http://play.lighthouseapp.com/projects/82401/tickets/988
