PartKeepr 0.15 and Doctrine 2.2: Schema Trouble #149

When upgrading to PartKeepr 0.15, the schema upgrading fails.

Affected users can try the following workaround:

I still have to make sure that this change is compatible with Doctrine 2.1.x.

As we require Doctrine 2.2.0 now, this is obsolete. Closing.
