Prompts with hughe databases to OpenAI are expensive

Together with https://github.com/pashpashpash/vault-ai/issues/6 this would make vault-ai hostable privately free of cost

Just saw qdrant is merged https://github.com/pashpashpash/vault-ai/pull/62 basically solving https://github.com/pashpashpash/vault-ai/issues/6
