Hi,

I am not sure that real-time chat is what we need. What we really need is:

  1. public messages - chat with client
  2. private messages - for internal chat about task or project.
  3. permalinks - for sharing a particular message
  4. attachment as link to some storage, for example Google Drive, Dropbox ... - some docs
