Add message when users pull in an untested version #51

When a user npm installs an untested version, they should get a message “this is not a fully tested version” (related stack overflow thread). This should ideally help us enforce stability across our extensions.

Closing since we have prerelease to identify untested versions. Can reopen if we still feel this is needed.
