Name of affected component: Mobile Tracking

Name of related library and version, if applicable (e.g. Android, iOS,
Snippets, etc.): iOS3.10

Issue summary:
Provide a brief summary of the issue you're experiencing.
The real-time overview shows # of active users on app. Today, I noticed it
always shows 0 active users. I specifically started our iOS app on a few
different devices and watched logs to confirm analytics events are indeed sent
out. However, still I see 0 active users. I waited long enough (ie 1 hour and
keep triggering event reports in this time period), still don't see any active
user reported.

My tracking ID is UA-60316405-2

Steps to reproduce issue:
1. Start mobile app on iOS devices
2. navigate between screen to trigger active analytics reports
3. Go to Google Analytics account, Real-Time->Overview. Check the # of active
users on app. Wait long enough and keep navigate between screens to make active
reports

Expected output:
See # of active users larger than 0

Actual results:
Always see 0
