Blur is enabled but it is not working. It works fine on breeze.

Spectacle_20230413_101335-1 Konsole blur works for me but only when I don't have the toolbar enabled.

This cannot be fixed in Klassy as is a bug in Konsole not specifying the blur region properly. Please see https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=456052 and comment there.
