Convert image to heic/heif file #221

Currently there is no way to select the export file as an heic/heif format. It would be really helpful to select heic as well.

Unfortunately this is currently not supported by FFmpeg (the backend tool of Shutter Encoder) but i will add it, as soon as it's available.
