I am Decen, I try to follow your command to install the TDAmapper, yes, it can do. Anyway, when I try to run the example 4 and example 5, there are some errors,like :
"Error in graph.adjacency(m4$adjacency, mode = "undirected") : could not find function "graph.adjacency""
"Error in plot(g4, layout = layout.auto(g4)) : object 'g4' not found"
