Delete getter method which was used for test to maintain encapsulation

MasterApplication의 metaDataQuery와 realDataQuery는 Query method에서만 사용되는 method로 encapsulation이 유지될 필요가 있습니다. 하지만 기존에 Test를 위해 getter method를 만들어 unit test를 진행하였고 이러한 unit test는 Query method에 path를 다르게 하여 test함으로써 커버할 수 있으므로 getter를 삭제할 필요가 있습니다.
