Shortcuts #13

Required support of basic shortcuts for basic formatting functionality like:
  CTRL+B - Bold
  CTRL+I - Italic
  CTRL+U - Underlined
etc...

At this moment some of these shortcuts are handled by the browser, ex.
CTRL+B in Firefox will show bookmarks and CTRL+U will show the page source.
