Remove the first two columns from the raw data sheet and change the time into real numbers(0.5, 1, 1.5 and so)

I was thinking may be we could have two rows for column names. Say the first row would be A1 A2 A3 etc., which are unique and the second would have the actual sample names.

I realized this action is necessary while writing the issue 3, task 3 (please refer that for more information, we can discuss this if it is unclear)

So to clarify, the columns Time and T° Fluo50_k:450,530 should be removed? And a new Time column should be added based on the original one.

Yes. The idea is to take the total number of rows from the raw data (which is nothing but total number of readings) and the time column will start from 0.5 and increase by 0.5 every row
