Exiting a train teleports you outside instead of doing the proper exit animation

Also, 'OnPlayerExitVehicle' is not triggered when exiting a train.

I don't know if it's fixable, but thank you.

Sorry, is this caused by fixes.inc, or do you want it solving by fixes.inc?
