After "Clear app data and restart" advanced Network Profiler and Layout Inspector are not available #126

Steps to reproduce the issue:

  1. Install app
  2. Choose "Clear app data and restart" option
  3. Launch profiler and open network tab
  4. Try to choose timespan on timeline

Expected behaviour: Should be able to choose timespan.

Environment: Android Studio 4.1 Canary 10 Build #AI-201.7223.91.41.6507185, built on May 19, 2020 Runtime version: 1.8.0_242-release-1644-b3-6222593 x86_64 VM: OpenJDK 64-Bit Server VM by JetBrains s.r.o macOS 10.14.6

@pbreault Still can't attach a debugger on Android Studio 4.1 Beta 4 (after calling any ADBIdea action) and version v1.6.2
