added button to extend a challenge's deployment #35

This should work completely, except the API request to "extend" the challenge appears to redeploy it from the user's side (since the challenge shows as booting up for 30 seconds after extending it). Is this intentional?

Make sure to check styling on your screens as well. I don't know if the chall page + error message still fits into 1 page on the smallest screens.

Looks good on decently small laptop screens - honestly the instancer is not an app that you should be using on your phone or tablet so I'm not that worried
