Better handling of map errors #238

When something goes wrong with authentication / authorization, it can be hard to understand what happened (xref issue #237 ). Google maps just shows a generic message instead of the map. We should see if we can catch the error and display something informative instead.

Closed in #240 . This is available in jupyter-gmaps 0.8.0.
