SVN 228 Flac Errors #197

What steps will reproduce the problem?
Any attempted rip will produce errors upon encoding. If I rip to wav and do
it manually no errors are present. This is through the GTK interface on
Ubuntu 8.04.

Please confirm if revision 231 fixes the issue for you. Please test in image 
mode as well as 
in file mode.

I found the bug ;) Rubyripper was trying to embed a cuesheet that didn't yet 
exist. This was 
too much for flac obviously :)

Solved in revision 232. Any confirmation is still appreciated.
