Stop using Netbeans for Generic Visualizer and the proving app.

This is almost done, none of the projects are really tied to netbeans any more, 
it's
all optional now with netbeans plugging in to our custom build.xml files.

Should do a sweep, check this, then close.  I think possibly some of the 
external
loader stuff is still netbeansy.
