add exercise 11 as user-code plugin

In this branch the directory ex11 correspond to deisa example So we have conflict to generate the executable as usual: make ex11.

To generate the executable and, you need to do in e8ae497: make ex11_tmp && mpirun -np 1 ./ex11_tmp

In my opinion, the name of the directory of the deisa must be change in tutorial issue #9 .
