This sounded slightly awkward to me:
"We’re good at harnessing the power of most complex tools and technology and applying these to solve business problems."
I think switching "technology" to "technologies" would help, for consistent pluralisation. Also, I'd remove "most". So, my suggestion:
"We’re good at harnessing the power of complex tools and technologies and applying these to solve business problems."
