Fixed header looks odd on Blog posts #74

The hiding/showing fixed header has no background on blog post templates which looks odd – should be teal?

On from this, there is also a bug where the header gets position:fixed pushing the content up in a janky on scroll.

Also, the header should be blue on category blog pages.
