Allow re-use of share URLs #3

Thanks for adding this from my other request, Dominik! Here's the sort of use-cases I have in mind:

  1. During a collaborative session, the host-collaborator accidentally closes the note, loses an internet connection, or has to restart Obsidian, etc. At that point, the host has to generate a new URL and share that with the guest-collaborators.
  2. A group of collaborators work together on 6 different notes over the course of a week, working for a half-hour each day. Unless the host keeps the note open permanently, there is no way for the group to pick up at the same time the next day. I understand that this is peer-to-peer, but what I'd like to be able to so is to share with collaborators (or students) a list of identifiable Markdown links that we can re-use over multiple sessions.

Update from August 2024: Great to see all of this implemented – and so much more! Peerdraft has really undergone a remarkable evolution.
