Maps don't load from EDS, PDB-REDO doesn't load anything #165

In 1.1.10 on Mac. Error from EDS:

DEBUG:: in coot_get_url_and_activate_curl_hook https://www.ebi.ac.uk/pdbe/entry-files/download/3ch3_map.mtz /Users/oc2188/.cache/Coot/coot-download/3ch3_map.mtz

These load fine from coot 0.9.x, so it isn't a server issue
