Add read-only API endpoints for better automation integrations #147

In order to enable the creation of integrations with tools like Zapier or n8n, we should add a few more read-only API endpoints:

/project - Return the project name (and associated account?)
/senders - Return IDs, types, and names of senders (not credentials!)

Senders endpoint implemented in 0902992a44920dcd0d286c96c9c5d93f2e3a2509 / ce2a365c0877caf5de8d781cb3606651cf8b1a62. Project endpoint not implemented.
