Tell us about the feature Restore the backup from S3 bucket if there is no Kubernetes CR. This feature is already supported by PXC Operator.

Which product(s) is this request for? MongoDB, Operators

Tell us about the problem There are multiple use cases:

k8s cluster goes down completely and user needs to restore the DB on newly provisioned one without any previous CRs
User wants to provision the copy of the database from S3 to another DB cluster

Describe alternatives you've considered There is a workaround - restore DB manually from the backup by connecting to MongoDB itself
