SNMP MA does not seems to handle rrd fetch errors

What steps will reproduce the problem?

1. requesting data for an interface that is in the store.xml file, but where the rrd filename is missing, does not seem to generate any errors or warnings.

Way back in the day this was a huge issue, and we had a fix:

This is a patch to RRDp, it was for an old version and maybe it still works for what you are using at ESnet.
