Tales of Phantasia and Tales of Destiny sound issue #141

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Load Tales of Phantasia (JAP, english fan translation)
2. When first cut scene tries to play first voice clip, it proceeds to play
many many other voice clips afterwards in sequence - game stops altogether
while waiting for sound to finish.

Alternately:
1. Load Tales of Destiney (NTSC)
2. Run through initial cut-scene - when the hero is being punched it triggers a
voice clip - at this point it starts playing all the voice clips from the game
in sequence and will not let you proceed.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Expected is the voice clip to stop, and the scene to proceed. Instead, it
appears to play the correct clip, and then many other clips afterwards as
though they've been concatenated.

What version of CubeSX or WiiSX are you using? On what console?
WiiSX b2.0 and b2.1 both have this issue. b1.0 works.

Are you using HLE BIOS or a real BIOS (SCPH1001, etc)?
Both fail.

Which core type is being used, Dynamic Recompiler or Interpreter?
Both fail.

Please provide any additional information below.
Turning off XA Audio in the settings simply mutes this audio, but doesn't
prevent it from stalling at those scenes. Also, turning off voice audio from
the game's customization menu (accessible at the main menu) does not solve this
issue.

The sound is far from perfect and is only a basic sound plugin. This will be (I
think) resolved in Beta 3, which hopefully will be announced soon.
