  1. Colonoscopy: 0, 12, 48
  2. History and Physical: 6 , 12, 18, 24, 36, 48, 60

Stage 2,3

  1. CEA Tests: 6, 12, 18, 24, 30, 36, 48, 60
  2. CT Scan: 12, 24, 36
  3. CT Scan Pelvis: 12, 24, 36

Rectal cancer: Stage 1,2,3

  1. Colonoscopy: 0, 12, 48
  2. History and Physical: 6 , 12, 18, 24, 36, 48, 60
  3. Flexible Sigmoidoscopy: 0, 6, 18, 24

Stage 2,3
