Using the Grafana container grafana/grafana, stand up an instance that connects to the InfluxDB bucket (database) and can parse the data to show it via basic dashboards

Default admin user credentials are admin/admin

Initialize Grafana and capture all configs
Create volume that stores Grafana data
store configs in repo so it can be started whenever
Create basic dashboards by querying InfluxDB

- 24 hour minute average
- Highest/Lowest
