Need to rename CEDS properties and classes #30

CEDS URIs now use opaque, numeric term ids, not the technical name.

For this issue need to

update TAP and SHACL to use new term ids
update test files and expected results

Later need to

update context to convert numeric property ids into human friendly names in JSON

Need to do this for all the classes/properties we have mapped to CEDS:

On closer inspection, the way CEDS handles identifiers has changed, no instead subclasses of Identifier for each identifier scheme there is a property IdentificationSystem that points to a controlled value (Concept / NamedIndividual).

Need to recast

[x] various types of organization identifiers
[x] various types of person identifiers
