OpenTelemetry: need to redo Phobos dashboards to incorporate new metrics types #37

Per https://github.com/petabridge/phobos-issues/issues/36. this will require us to update our dashboards for:

  1. [ ] InfluxDb
  2. [x] Prometheus
  3. [ ] DataDog
  4. [ ] Stretch: Application Insights

App Insights might be a stretch because their templating system is extremely onerous by comparison to the others. We'll take a look at it nonetheless.
