Patrząc na zamówienie: http://pl.redflags.transparencee.org/notice/2875798 i jego flagi, widać, że w interfejsie webowym brakuje danych pozwalających zbadać zasadność przyznania flagi:

Skoro wskaźniki na nich operują to te dane muszą być zaciągnięte.

@juzraai how do you show tenders at contracting stage? Is it a separate notice from the one that informs about call for offers or do you aggregate it and show notice as a complete tender?

TED and so Red Flags doesn't aggregate notices to tenders. There are notices of type "Contract notice" (TD-3) which start a tender (calling for offers), and there are notices of type "Contract award notice" (TD-7) which inform about the results of the tender (who are the winners, etc.).

I have added technical capacity and financial ability mappings. Also, offers count is visible now. For EconomicAbilityNoMinReqsIndicator it's flagging notices when there is no value of "sytuacji ekonomicznej lub finansowej" field for ROADWORKS notices
