Display what xbmc machine xbmcremote is connected to #709

I have multiple xbmc frontends throughout the house (currently 3, number going 
up to 5-6 units)

The only way to see / make sure which frontend the app is configured to use, is 
by selecting it again.

Therefore it would be nice to have a notice at the bottom (or somewhere 
sensible) with the name of the currently attached XBMC frontend.
