Siri integration doesn't work if the device language isn't English.

I.e. "Отправь маме сообщение в телеграм" ("send mom a message to telegram") complains that Siri can't find program named "Телеграм". Whereas some other programs are working fine even if they don't have Russian translation.

I think the issue is some .plist or .lang doesn't contain app's name in Russian/other languages.

Please fix it since Siri can't understand more than one language at once and changing contacts' names to English isn't a suitable workaround.
