Incorrect "State" element found in emrobject.JobFlow #470

It appears that the response parser for an EMR JobFlowDetail is picking up the 
InstanceGroupDetail's State rather than ExecutionStatusDetail's as it should. 
This has become problematic since the former's set of states has been changed.

The fix should be pretty simple. I'll look into writing a patch today, workload 
permitting.

Actually InstanceGroupDetail might be a new addition to the response. It's 
documented as if it's always been there, but the docs were last updated this 
week when the problem started.
