Widen edit window in /edit #261

In the editing view for a journal entry (eg. https://henson.durham.ac.uk/journals/25-12-02/edit ), the window for editing the XML directly is quite short, necessitating lots of scrolling. If we could widen, or lengthen it, or both, that will help facilitate editing a little.

(It was designed originally for only very occasional edits, but the requirements have changed.)
