Power 8 blocks a safe removal of USB devices #23

Safe removal does not work until I close power8

I currently use 1.4.5.666 but it happened with older versions too

Hi,

this is known issue and related to .net file system watcher. The settings' 
"Watch Removable Drives" checkbox will help. As workaround you can:
  * Uncheck it permanently to ignore USB devices
  * Uncheck it, safe-remove, then check back (you don't need to close settings window)
  * Finally, it's only handle to disk, (P8 doesn't read your files :), only folders structure) so it's safe to ignore this handle and remove usb flash drive "unsafely". Safe remove is applicable mostly to external hard drives and other stuff with cache. 

As for the bug itself - well, sorry but this I can't fix in closest future.
