Can't extract mixtures from vat. #484

I mixed chlorine and ethylene in a vat, and for whatever reason I can't get it to be able to be pumped out through pipes. When I break the tank/vat the pipe flows into I get particles showing that something is dumping, but nothing in the vat is decreasing.
