publish on open-vsx #8

Hello, first thanks for this awesome theme that I like a lot. Would it be possible to publish this awesome theme on open-vsx so that it can also be used on VSCodium? VSCodium is the same as VSCode but fully open source. link to VSCodium project : https://vscodium.com/
