Reporting Workflow Updates;

Update Food Distribution Plan / Achievements Downloads

[x] Add Upazilla, Union
[x] Update column order / names as "Date (YYYY-MM-DD)", "Implementing Partner", "Distribution Point", "Camp", "Block", "Sub Block", "Majhee Name", "Upazilla", "Union", "1 to 3", "4 to 7", "8 to 10", "11+", "HH Total", "Rice", "Lentils", "Oil", "Total", "Longitude", "Latitude"
[x] Update sort order by date, distribution point, camp, block, sub block

Update Daily Master Roll

[x] Query for entire date range (when organization !== 'wfp' only)
[x] Group data by date, distribution point, family size
[x] Make page break at date, distribution point, family size
[x] Order by FCN
[x] Add columns SL, HH Number, FCN, Scope, Name, F/H Name, Gender, Family Size, Distribution, signature / thumb
[x] Add logos (WFP, partner)

Upload Plan / Absent Beneficiaries

[x] Calculate last date of each round, by distribution point
[x] On addition of Absent Beneficiary in kobo, send Absent Beneficiary to last day of distribution for that distribution point.

Update Kobo

[x] ~~Reduce kobo selection lists each day to reduce FCN options from list~~
[x] Investigate why kobo deployment is not working

UI

[x] Set old rounds to disabled

Scripts

[x] Test set next Report Distribution function
[x] Daily script to clear PDF folder
[x] Bash script to open / close Report Rounds / Distributions
