Include Vulnerable Populations Breakdown in Monthly Report #344

Vulnerable populations has been included in the details section. This is not intuitive. For vulnerable populations;

  1. Remove vulnerable populations from details in activities.csv
  2. Include as new column vulnerable_populations in activities.csv as JSON
  3. Include vulnerable_populations as new option in database models
  4. Include new html template below beneficiary type (and above households / population
