update sensitivity analyses for the post-STAR base models

Sensitivities in the pre-STAR report were in 3 groups:

• biology and recruitment
• composition
• indices

For the Day 1 STAR presentations a 4th group was added (and then expanded during the panel):

• selectivity

Many of these need to be re-run using run_sensitivities() on the current base models but those results won't be available for the initial post-STAR revision submitted to the STAR chair this week.

After a long delay I'm finally making some progress on wrapping up this unfinished part of the lingcod assessment.

Commit 3087d11cd918d28f8fee3129688d1d77ec785307 updates the South model sensitivities for 3 out of 4 sensitivity groups.

Many sensitivities for the final North base model were run during the STAR or shortly after, but I still need to take stock of which ones are missing and fill in those gaps before updating the associated figures and tables for the doc.

Once those tasks are complete I will update the associated text and close this issue.

Sensitivity text, figs, and tables updated in commit 357edc3. Everything would benefit form some proofreading, but wanted to get it posted.
