CCFRP fishery (in)dependent?? #177

John Field noted that CCFRP should be fishery-dependent data and not fishery-independent data. @melissamonk-NOAA, John wanted us to be consistent with vermilion. I went to the website for CCFRP and it claims to be a fishery-independent survey. What am I missing?

@Kelli Johnson - NOAA Federal @.***> CCFRP is most definitely fishery-independent and is the only hook-and-line survey in the nearshore north of Conception.

Thanks for the confirmation MM, I see now that I misread his comment and he was just asking me to move the information to the appropriate section not change the verbage. My bad.
