Move the "Purge personal data" button #168

After a conference, the "Purge personal data" button appears right where the "Registration dashboard" button was before.

For someone who has to deal with registration details before and after the conference, this is dangerously close to where muscle memory wants to click once the website is loading.

Find a better place for this button.

Isn't that in a way by design? Once the conference is over personal data should be purged ASAP.

Not necessarily right away after the conference, and during the time where someone from the org team may need to look into registration details to answer open questions.

The "Purge data" button basically appears right after the conference.
